It's was very good experience to stay in upper neelam it's a lush green valley and views are awesome, Specially the view of Neelum river.It's a most beautiful and visitable place in Azad Kashmir Pakistan in Neelam Valley

Try to go their in March and April or September October

I felt very pleasant there.Beautiful and Peaceful.The view from upper neelam is very nice. You get to see the Indian Occupied side from kashmir from a vantage point. The Neelam river dividing the two sides looks stunning.

Weather is usually very nice during all summers. There are some very nice camping spots inside the Governor guest house and usually they won’t charge you anything if you buy some food from them.Good luck!
