Located 8 km into Kutton valley from Kundal Shahi bazar. On the way there is famous waterfall. According to the staff, Its an old Swedish staff colony who had worked on a power project in the valley. After they left AJK power department has turned it into a tourist resort. Credits goes to the caretakers that they have kept it well maintained. Mostly rooms are suits with bed, lounge, kitchen and bath. There is a common building with club, common room, reception and offices, kitchen and dinning.

The place is very peaceful, safe, green and beautiful. Staff is not very professional because they are actually power department employees. Menu is limited but they serve fresh and delicious. It takes a long time when order room service.
